Zephyr Classic Custom Homes was founded in 2007 in Forney, Texas. Zephyr is a small company where David Pruitt serves as the president, business manager, and project manager. You will be working directly with David, as he is the hands on builder for all of his projects.
David strives to build your dream home. At Zephyr, your custom home is based on a cost plus model. This insures you are getting exactly what you asked for, for exactly what it cost. To us, building a custom home means designing and building a home that meets your lifestyle and budget.
After you have your plans, David will start with a meeting, where you can discuss a defined set of building specifications, allowing you to get the exact home and features you have been dreaming of. Throughout the design and construction process, David is there to help guide you along the way and adhere to your pre-determined budget to protect you from yourself, ensuring your peace of mind. David's experience, patience, integrity, and ability to listen allow him to implement your ideas thus delivering you that one of a kind home.

Personal
David is married to his lovely bride, Tammi, and they have four wonderful children. As a customer of David's you will also work closely with Tammi. She brings many services to the table for Zephyr, from acquiring real-estate to the interior design of your home.
