Zephyr Classic Custom Homes was founded in 2007, when I, David Pruitt, had a desire to build my own house in Forney, Texas. As a result, my home was my best advertiser. From people knocking on my door to my business growing by word of mouth, I have been able to become a full time home builder. I've had the privilege to build several custom homes and completed a handful of renovations for my customers. Zephyr proudly serves the North and East Texas communities.
